Welcome to Thread of Hope. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Orders

All custom embroidery and screen-printed items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on custom work.
Remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.

3. Order Approval

Customer approval of mockups or design confirmations is binding.
Thread of Hope is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Customer-Provided Items

Items dropped off by the customer are embroidered at your own risk.
We are not responsible for:

• Holes

• Snags

• Fabric damage

• Machine-related defects

5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time: 2–3 weeks
Rush orders available for an additional fee.

6. Shipping

Once an order is handed to the carrier:

• Thread of Hope is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen shipments.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers must own the rights to any artwork they upload.
Thread of Hope is not responsible for copyright violations submitted by customers.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to decline orders that contain:

• Offensive content

• Copyrighted/trademarked logos without permission

• Inappropriate language
